Ability to Control which "Widgets" are displayed on your Manager "Today Screen" ➕

You can now control which widgets you'd prefer to see on your Manager "Today Screen" meaning that you can now fully customise a bespoke dashboard showing you all the information that matters to you the most.

Improved Capabilities for Holiday booking in hours🌴

We have made a series of upgrades in relation to the Holidays & Absence platform for those users that book their holidays in hours.

Firstly, you can now subscribe an amount of hours for a morning & afternoon session for each day to a specific user. This means that when they then book off "AM/PM" on a particular day, or book a series of days off, the system automatically calculates how many hours should be removed from their allocation.

However, should a normal day booking, or AM/PM booking match your requirements, you can now choose to book a "Custom" request, that allows you to specifically select the from-to time that you wish to book, as well as manually alter the hours that this will book off. The request will then be timestamped so that whoever is approving your booking knows exactly when you're not going to be in the office on a given day.

Should you wish to change the working pattern for a user that already has holidays booked for the future, you will now be prompted when you do so, and given the ability to manually edit the amount of hours these future bookings should take from their allocation with their new work pattern being considered. 

General Holiday Booking Improvements 🌤️

When booking off a holiday, the system will now should you any other pending/approved requests for people who report to the same manager, so that you can make an informed decision before requesting time off at the same time as one of your close colleagues.

Also, should you try and book a holiday at a time that you already have a holiday booked, the system will alert you and allow you to delete the previous holiday from the same screen so that you can continue with your current request.

Improved Billing & Usage Section 💰

In the Settings area, under "Billing & Usage", you will see a newly revamped area that will now give you lots of information on your payments, invoices, subscriptions & platform usage.

You will now be able to view your past invoices and subscriptions and will also be able to upgrade the version of the product you're using if you run out of "users" within your current bracket.
