Values & Behaviours in Competencies 💕

The values feature has been extended to include the additional ability to link specific behaviours to each company value. A relevant behaviour can then be selected when giving feedback to other people across the business. 

This feedback is then automatically surfaced inside a performance review so the manager can have a full 360 view of their direct report when conducting a review.

Also, feedback given to peers via the directory where Values and Behaviours have been selected will now directly impact the Success Circles.
