Objectives & Reviews 🎯

In our last release we updated the Add Objective design, reducing the number of screens in the creation wizard, and introducing the ability for end-users to add key results to OKRs. This time around we've applied the same design changes to the Manager view when adding an Objective.

The creation wizard has been reduced, now enabling you to add key objective details on step one, and follow up objective type details on step two, before reviewing the information and saving.

Bulk Options for Completing and Deleting Reviews is available within the Manage Reviews screen. These actions are permission dependent, please speak to your platform champion if you require a permissions review.

Holidays & Absence🌤️

Updates have been made to the Holiday Request form for those users on hourly policies. It now takes into account an "Other" option, so users with less than a full or half days allowance can now use their remaining allowance.

An automatic Year End Reset function has been added to the platform, meaning when your holiday year ends, all allowances will reset, and carry over rules will be taken into consideration.

User Experience😊

As a Manager, we appreciate you mainly use StaffCircle to manage your employees, their objectives, reviews, and absences. To ease navigation, when clicking the module icons you will be redirected to the Manage option for that module, rather than the first end-user option.

Today Screen 📱

Within the "Who's Celebrating" widget on your Today Screen, a small update has been made to now show the full date.
