Objectives & Reviews 🎯

We have applied design updates when adding progress or adding a new objective as an end-user/employee. For OKRs, users will now create the OKR including Key Results, as part of one process. And, when applying updates to Objectives, users can select a status change (between On Track, Off Track, and At Risk) and provide a supporting comment. Previously this comment was required, however this stipulation has now been removed. Please note that the comment is now optional for all Objective types, not just OKRs.

On Track, Off Track, and At Risk clickable summary cards have been added to the Manage Objectives screen.

Review calculations have been updated to consider the order of appraisal completed questions and objective scores. This change was specific to a number of reviews and not platform-wide.

Comms 🎤

Performance improvements for the Unread Content by Person report have been applied.

Legacy code has been removed for icon selection. This code was related to the previous menu design pre-2024.

Holidays & Absence 🌄

Holiday calculation updates for non-standard holiday years, i.e. April to March.
