Objectives & Reviews 📝

Customers have been able to distribute Reviews by select People, or Departments. We have introduced the ability to assign Reviews out by Site(s), Group(s), and Security Group(s). Additional platform tool-tips have been added to update users of the added functionality.

When a Review Template includes Objectives, Employees will now be able to see their Objectives within the Review, enabling them to administer their open objectives.

Performance updates have been made to the Reviews Module.

Within Supporting Information, and on the Review Details screen, the number of Success Circles have been reduced to only show the Reviewee's.

Terminology rewording for Review Feedback that has been shared. Originally the platform used the "Reset Feedback" terminology, whereas now customers will see "Re-Open Feedback" aligning with the actual platform behaviour.

Terminology has also been updated on the "Complete" button within a review. This button is visible when all review participants have completed their feedback, and will now be shown as "Mark as Complete".

People & Groups 👥

The Custom Fields function of the platform has been updated to increased the limits on the number of sections, and fields per section. Customers can now create up to 10 sections, with each section accommodating up to 20 fields.
