Holidays & Absence 🌄

When selecting "Next Holiday Year" from the requests list view, the next allowance period details will show.

Update to sub-type, and allowance usage behaviour removing approval restrictions.

Drop down for Absence Type within the list view for all absence types.

The Absence Type name has been added to the list view removing the tool tip and need to hover over the icon.

The Default Absence Policy can no longer be removed. To remove it customers will need to assign a different policy as the default.

Objectives & Reviews 📝

When logged in as an end user and viewing an OKR, the design has been updated to remove the black tabs, and has been replaced with each OKR sitting within an expandable section.

Notification updates for Objective Due Date changes.

The Role Description is now visible when hovering over the Reviewee and Reviewers job titles in a review.

Updates made to the Feedback Questions when adding and administering Scored Option and Option based questions.

Design update to the Personal view of Reviews, bringing it in line with the rest of the platform.

Training 🎓

Update to the approval flow for training courses that require L&D or Manager approval.
