Our last release introduced Role and Skill enrichment using the StaffCircle Assisted AI functions. Full release notes can be found here.

In this release we've exposed the global templates that drive the Role and Skill enrichment, and you're able to see the specific prompts we use to ensure the correct information populates your platform.

The list of prompts available for existing features are:

• Company Description
• Role Enrichment
• Skill Enrichment

You'll also see a few prompts ready to support our next release in October:

• Generate Career Path
• Role Slim Enrichment
• Starting Role Identification

By clicking the edit icon from the list, or the update option from the template details page, you'll be able to update certain information to customise the AI reponses to respect tonality, language, style, etc.

An example of additional information you can add:

This will generate a company description taking into consideration the nuances you've added into the additional information section.

For the Role Enrichment prompt, you're able to stipulate the number of skills that will be generated during the enrichment. To ensure no time-outs are experienced, we've set a maximum number of skills that can be generated at any one time.

Reports📄

Some reports have been updated to disregard deactivated employees with no manager assigned.

People🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑

When assigning an award or giving feedback to an employee via the directory, the employee's avatar, name and role are now visible at the top of the dialogue.
