The highlights for v1.4.0 are:
- Allow for users to subscribe to public channels within custom feeds
- Users can now post (image articles & award articles) to particular channels within custom feeds (according to the channel settings)
- Article Approval for required posts within specified channels
- Users can upload images related to photo articles directly from the computer instead of browsing the document folder

Allow for users to subscribe to public channels within custom feeds
On Social Feeds, should a channel's settings dictate, users can now subscribe to that channel to ensure they are only receiving and engaging in content that is relevant to them.
To activate this functionality, when adding a channel to your social feed, simply turn on the "Allow users to subscribe" toggle.
Should this setting be turned on, a user can then subscribe to the channel by clicking either of the buttons shown below.
Likewise, a user can unsubscribe from a channel at any time by clicking the 
button.
Users can now post (image articles & award articles) to particular channels within custom feeds (according to the channel settings)
Within social feeds, there is a setting which allows all end users to post to the channel. Within the channel settings, simply select the toggle below to allow this feature.
On channels that allow user posting, the user will see a 
button on the top right hand side of the feed. Click this, and the user can then make a post to the channel. When selecting an image, the user can upload directly from their local device, or take a photo when using StaffCircle on their mobile device.
Article Approval for required posts within specified channels
Should you want greater control over what your users are posting, you can click the toggle and select the users that you wish to approve the posts as shown below.
When user creates a post that requires authorisation, the approvers will all receive a notification. Clicking on the notification will take them to the post, whereby they then have the option to approve or decline.
The user will then receive a notification to inform them that their post has been approved or decline. Should it have been approved then it will be added to the appropriate Feed/Channel.

On both the original News Feed and the new Social feeds, you now can now upload article images directly from your local device. On social feeds, this is the only option. On the original feed, you can either upload from the StaffCircle documents module of your local device. Just select the option when adding an imagine as shown below.
