We deliver these releases to improve your experience and the value, functionality and features of StaffCircle. 

This release update provides you with a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help organisations remotely manage their employees, drive culture and engagement.

The main focus for this release is a new feedback question type for use in reviews. This allows a multiple choice type question but without scoring so you can create non scored reviews but still use this type of question. They work in the same way as scored questions but without the score.

Creating non-scoring feedback questions

In the Settings > Performance > Feedback Questions you can now add a new question type "Add question with options" (as opposed to with scored questions)

This uses the same style form to create a question and add options

You can also create and use templates in the same as the existing scored question type.

Using in a review

In the Manage > Objectives & Reviews > Review when you create a new objective using we

No score is created or displayed in the manage view

This is also reflected in the PDF and no score is shown anywhere for these question types.
