      We deliver these releases to improve your experience and the value, functionality and features of StaffCircle. 

      This Release update provides you with a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help Organisations remotely manage their employees,  drive culture and engagement.

       

      Comms🎤

      Social media shareable article prompts

      This enables you to create prompts for your employees to help them share social media content, by giving them some content options when they share an article to their social media.

      When you create the shareable post, simply add the prompts as you create the content. 

      You can save up to 3 of these for your users to choose from when they share your post. When they choose the social share option below, they can choose the network to push out to and select one of the prompts to copy to the selected social network.

       

      Awards reports

      You can now export all the information you need around awards, including a list of all awards grouped by person, the top award scores and the top awards grouped by competency.

      Awards Articles

      You can now add additional content about an award when you create an award article through the content wizard to give more detail to users in their feed. So you can now share and celebrate the awards with the whole team.

      You can also create this content when assigning an award from the awards tab in manage mode. If you choose to notify users with an article, then you can create this note here too :

      Integrations👈

      As part of ongoing improvements with our Microsoft Teams Integration we have added the ability to open StaffCircle from within Teams. Simply type 'Open' in the MS Teams StaffCircle App and your default browser will launch with StaffCircle up and running.
