Introduction of Content Wizard

We have simplified the production of content on the platform by adding a new content wizard which will allow you to select the required content type and step through a simple wizard.

The original legacy form is still available if you prefer to use that however it will eventually be phased out.

New Content types (event and poll) are expected in the forthcoming 1.16.3 release which is expected in the next 6 weeks and these will also be added to the content wizard.

Enhancements to Social Sharing

Article Redirection

It is now possible to redirect socially sharable articles to the original article location of the article rather than the StaffCircle public pages.

Social Articles now available on Custom Feeds

It is now possible to post socially sharable articles to custom feeds. Previously it was only possible to post to the default article feed.

Bradford Factor

Introduction of Bradford Factor

We have now included optional Bradford Factor scoring in the person manage view which can be enabled from the Settings of Holidays & Absence.  

Bradford factor can be enabled on specific Absence Types in the settings section of Holidays & Absence.

Default Holiday Approval Text

There is now an option to set default approval text for managers to save them time typing for holiday approvals although you still need to enter text for holiday declines.
