      Understanding Employee Alignment with Competencies Through Top Award Scores

      The Top Award by Competency report provides a comprehensive and detailed list of employees, showcasing their award points accumulated for each Company Competency.

      This report offers valuable insights into how employees have demonstrated and excelled in alignment with each competency. The report highlights the contributions made by employees towards their personal and professional growth, ultimately contributing to their Success Circle.

      To view the report, hover over the Communications section of the side-bar, then navigate to Insights ➡️ Reports 

      Utilising the icons and filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to pinpoint specific information for the most relevant and desired results.

      The following fields are captured within this report: 

      Field Name Description
      Award Points The cumulative score derived from the user's assigned awards against the company's competency
      Date Last Awarded The date of the last award assigned to the user for that competency
      Competency The company competency associated with the awards
      Person The user assigned the award(s)
      Manager The user's line manager
      Department The user's department
      Role The user's role
      Site The user's site
      Employee Start Date The date the user started their employment
