Top 10 Content By Group Report*
The Top Ten Content by Group report offers a concise and informative list of the ten most frequently read pieces of content within the platform at a Group level.
By identifying the top-performing content, organisations can gain a deeper understanding of the topics and formats that resonate most with certain groups.
By leveraging the insights provided by the report, organisations can refine their content strategies, drive audience engagement, and deliver impactful and relevant materials to specific areas of the business.
To view the report, navigate to the Comms area of the platform in MANAGE mode and select the REPORTS tab.

Insights ➡️ Reports
You can utilise the icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen to help you find the information you need:

Utilising the text and date filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to locate specific information for the most relevant and desired results.
The following fields are captured within this report:
Field Name | Description |
Article | The title of the article/post |
Publish Date | The date the article was published |
Number of Reads | The number of times the article has been read (taking in to account that a user can read an article more than once) |
People Read | The number of different users who have read the article |
