When creating the Survey Template, under the the Report Results By drop-down menu, you can choose from a variety of different options.
Person
Report will make visible the respondent's name (Person), Role, Department, and Site. No anonymity will apply.
Role
Report will make visible the respondent's Role, Department, Site.
Department
Report will make visible the respondent's Department and Site.
Site
Report will make visible the respondent's Site only.
Anonymous
Report will be completely anonymous and will not provide any insight in to the respondent's name, Role, Department, or Site.
The Surveys by Person Report will display the results of survey depending on what level of anonymity you have select. If the survey is deemed 'anonymous' then no individual in the platform (regardless of their access) will be able to view this information.
