Survey Anonymity
Controlling Survey Result Visibility Choosing Anonymity Levels in Templates
You can determine the level of anonymity of a survey in the survey's template - this is the mechanism behind the survey itself. When creating the Survey Template, under the Report Results By drop-down menu, you can choose from a variety of anonymity options.
The Surveys by Person Report will display the results of survey depending on what level of anonymity you have select. If the survey is deemed 'anonymous' then no individual in the platform (regardless of their access) will be able to view this information.
Person: Report will display the respondent's name, role, department, and site. No anonymity will apply.
Role: Report will display the respondent's role, department, and site.
Department: Report will display the respondent's department and site.
Site: Report will display the respondent's site only.
Anonymous: Report will be completely anonymous and will not provide any insight into the respondent's name, role, department, or site.
