Skills Gap Stats Dashboard

The Skills Gap Stats Dashboard displays employees with their corresponding role, department, skills and skill levels.

The Skill level view includes a gap view so you can easily see which skills each employee is required to have, and if they have any associated skills. The key below will help to identify employees will skills gaps, and employees who are in surplus of a skill.

To access the Skills Gap Stats dashboard, you will need to navigate to the People area in MANAGE mode. Select the DASHBOARD tab, then the SKILLS GAP STATS tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the People section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Insights ➡️Dashboard

Select the Dashboard title and then select the SKILLS GAP STATS tab.

The dashboard will refine the criteria to the viewer's team, however an administrator will have the ability to view employees across the company by selecting the group person icon.

The interactive buttons at the top of the page will refine the results of the dashboard, and the filter bar can be used to search for specific employees, departments and role.
