Identifying Popular Content by Tracking Shares on Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn
The Shared Content specifically focuses on shareable content, allowing you to track and evaluate the materials that have been shared by your platform users on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
This information enables you to identify popular content topics which have generated significant sharing activity, and recognise and appreciate the employees who actively share content.
To view the report, hover over the Communications section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Insights ➡️ Reports.
You can utilise the icons and filters to help refine your search and download a copy of the report to a CSV file. The following fields are captured within this report:
Field Name | Description |
Person | The name of the user |
Department | The user's department |
Role | The user's role |
Site Name | The user's site |
Region Name | The user's region |
Last Shared | The last time the user shared content from the platform |
LinkedIn Shared | The number of times the user has shared the post via LinkedIn |
Twitter Shared | The number of times the user has shared the post via Twitter |
Facebook Shared | The number of times the user has shared the post via Facebook |
Email Shared | The number of times the user has shared the post via Email |
