Sentiment Survey (Menu): Overview
Gauging Employee Sentiment Using Surveys and In-the-Moment Feedback
It is important to understand how people within a business are feeling. It helps link activity to impact on engagement and means that trends can be found. There are two ways for gauging sentiment: using a Sentiment Survey or an in-the-moment (menu) sentiment.
Employees can register their sentiment by clicking on the smiley face in the sidebar.
Then employee will then be able to select their sentiment from the list:
This information will be logged on the employee's timeline against the page that the employee was accessing.
