Reviewer Direct Report Average Scores

The Reviewer Direct Report Average Scores report displays the average review score and divides this across the number of individuals in that Reviewer's team. This report will apply for scored questions only.

For instance, if a review question focuses on employees' perception of the company's culture, the average score will be calculated based on the number of times that question has been answered across that Reviewer's team.

The column headers in the report correspond to the specific question(s), while the colours indicate whether the score average for this question is considered 'good' (green) or 'bad' (red). This report enables reviewers to track and compare the scores over different periods of time, and using the example above for company culture will indicate that this is improving, or getting worse.

To view the report, navigate to the Objectives and Reviews area of the platform in MANAGE mode and select the REPORTS tab.

You can utilise the icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen to help you find the information you need:

Hides/unhides filters
Hide/unhides columns
Refreshes the report
Exports report to CSV
Closes the report


Utilising the text and date filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to locate specific information for the most relevant and desired results. 


The following fields are captured within this report: 

Field Name Description
Reviewer The person accountable for managing the review (typically the reviewee's line manager)
Reviewer Average Score Average combined score derived from the review's score questions.
Questions The report details the scoring that review type for each reviewer.
