Review Templates: Overview

System Administrators will have access to create and configure Review Templates within StaffCircle. Review Templates determine what reviews can be performed within the platform for example: quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, and quick 121s.

To view your platform's Review Templates, navigate to the Reviews area of the platform in administration mode and select the TEMPLATES tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Configuration ➡️Reviews ➡️Templates

The Template page consists of your filters:

You can search by template name or folder.

You can filter to Sensitive Reviews only, or reset filters to return all templates.

You'll also see a list of the available templates in the platform. Your list consists of the title, whether it's a sensitive review, the number of reviews using the template, what folder it sits in, who it was created by and when it was created on.

You can clone the template, update them or remove them if they're no longer required:
