Review Template Access

There are some types of Reviews that you might want anyone in the company to be able to access, such as Weekly 1-2-1's, Role Reviews, Wellbeing Check-Ins, etc. And then there are some types of reviews that you'd only want specific people to be able to use like Exit Interview Templates, Disciplinary or Misconduct Reviews.

The Review Template Access section of the Review Template Wizard enables you to decide who can use what templates.

You can make the template available to everyone:

Or you can pick either individual Users, Groups, Departments, Sites or Security Groups that can use the template:
