People Without Objectives Report

Monitoring Employee Engagement and Identifying Individuals Without Assigned Objectives

The People Without Objectives report lists employees within the platform who do not have assigned objectives. The objectives seen in this list will depend on what permissions are associated with your account. Managers will be able to see all employees in their downline, whereas System Administrators or Super Users will have visibility of all employee objectives.

The report is particularly helpful when ensuring that all employees in the platform are working towards assigned objectives, and pinpointing any employees or departments which are not as engaged.

To view the report, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to: Insights ➡️ Reports 

You can utilise the icons and filters within the report to search for more specific time frames and criteria. The following fields are captured within this report:
