Overview: Feedback

The feedback feature can be utilised by all StaffCircle users within the business and is linked to both Company Competencies and Values. 

Users can choose to provide feedback on culture (values and behaviours) and performance (Competencies). For guidance on providing feedback, please refer to this University guide:

There are no administrative functions associated with the Feedback feature, however if your platform is utilising the Success Circle feature, then you have the ability to exclude feedback from these calculations. Please follow this guide for further guidance.
