How to Provide Private Employee Feedback on Culture and Performance

Similar to awards, StaffCircle's feedback feature can be utilised by all users within the business to give recognition to employees and is linked to both Company Competencies and Values. Unlike awards, Feedback is not visible to all platform users, meaning that it can only be viewed by the employee, the employee's manager, and any users who have access to the employee's profile (typically Super Users).

Users can choose to provide feedback on culture (values and behaviours) and performance (Competencies). For guidance on providing feedback, please refer to this University guide.

There are no administrative functions for the Feedback feature, but they do require company competencies and/or values to be configured as this provides options for employees to provide feedback.

System administrators can export all Feedback provided in the platform using the Feedback Overview report, which can be found in the People section of the platform under the Insights Reporting section.
