Objective Templates

If you have implemented Objectives in your platform, we would recommend using this to promote other platform features. This not only familiarises employees with the objective functionality but also cultivates a regular practice of keeping personal objectives up to date. 

This exercise proves especially valuable for organisations that are beginning to explore objective/goal setting.

For example, if you have recently implemented a new Awards Programme, you may wish to assign a yes/no measured objective to all employees to allocate an Award to a peer.

You could also create a yes/no measured objective to encourage employee's to assign a profile photo. This helps to personalise the platform and makes the directory look more attractive.

Similarly to awards, you can encourage employees to provide feedback to one another. You could also make this objective reoccurring so that employees become more proficient at providing feedback on a regular basis.
