Introducing AI Assist

Chat with your StaffCircle data in plain English and get live, branded reports back — right inside the platform. Ask a question, follow up in a threaded conversation, and turn the answers you use most into saved prompts your whole team can reuse.

• Threaded follow-up questions, so you can dig deeper without starting over

Objectives and Reviews

•  Extending an objective's due date while a review is in progress used to be silently ignored. Date changes made from within a review now save as expected. 
• From a feedback question template, you can now click through to see every review template that uses it — no more guessing where a question has been applied. 

 
Notifications 

•  Colleagues invited to give internal feedback were receiving a generic "review created" email that didn't mention they'd been asked to contribute. They now receive the correct internal appraisal notification instead..
• Notifications are now customisable branded emails
• There are now notification sets for when training is nearing expiry date and also then training has expired

Reporting

 HR teams can now pull probation end dates directly through reporting, rather than requesting a one-off export each time. 

Integrations

Creating a one-off task through the public Tasks API no longer requires a Task Interval value — helpful for automations, such as Power Automate flows, that only ever create single, non-recurring tasks.
