6.3 DateTime ISO 8601

All dates and times should come back in the ISO 8601 standard and should be the UTC time. The format is as shown below.

YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sTZD (e.g. 1997-07-16T19:20:30.45Z)

More information on formatting of these dates can be found here. It is up to the end consumer to translate this information into a local time if required.
