[M2U] Your Holiday Entitlement
Your holiday entitlement can be in days or hours. Click the arrow next to entitlement to see how much you've been awarded by the company policy, carry over and length of service
"Allowance" is how many days/hours the company has awarded you for the full holiday year. "Pro Rata Allowance" is how many days/hours you have as a new starter for the rest of the holiday year, or is it the amount of days/hours remaining before your leave date if you are leaving before the end of the holiday year
"Carry Over" if your company policy includes it will show any days/hours you can use in that holiday year as you did not use it in the previous holiday year
"Length of Service" is extra days/hours you've been awarded based on how many months/years you have worked for the company
On the right hand side of the holidays page, you can see the end date of your company's holiday year
Click "info" to see extra settings set by your company
"Number of Days" is the annual default entitlement your company gives employees. If you started mid way through the holiday year, you'll be able to see how many days/hours are
"Maximum Number of Consecutive Days" is how many working days in a row you can take off in 1 request
"Default Approver" is the named person that gets notified when you request a holiday and who mainly approves/declines the request. If none specified shows then it will go to your line manager. Your HR team usually also have access to approve/decline requests in your line manager's absence
"Next Holiday Year" changes the view to see your entitlement and any holiday requests for the next holiday year
