If you are a superuser and need to delete a review but do not see a delete icon, follow these steps:

1. Identify the Review: Ensure that you are looking at the latest review in the sequence. In StaffCircle, you can only delete the most recent review.
2. Access Review Options: Navigate to the review in question.
3. Reopen or Unsubmit: If you cannot delete the review, you may need to unsubmit or reopen it. To do this:
   • Click the three dots at the top of the review details page.
   • Select 'Re-open' from the options.
