How can I change my answers?

As an employee, you are unable to change the responses to your feedback questions yourself. However, the Reviewer of the review (typically your manager) will be able to re-set the feedback on your behalf so that you can make changes and re-share the feedback.

If you are reading this as a manager, you can reset employee's feedback by navigating to the review's details page and clicking the red arrow next to the Reviewee's feedback.
