Why isn't the award visible when an employee wants to assign this to another peer?

Ensure that the Allow everyone to assign toggle is enabled for the award. Otherwise, the award can only be allocated with those who have Manager permissions for the Comms module.

Actioning this will allow employees to assign the award via the employee's profile, and via an awards channel.
