Why can't the employee book their holiday?

On this page is all the reasons and error messages you may see that prevent you from requesting a holiday

1. 

Check if you already have a holiday or absence within the date range you've selected, or check a bank/federal holiday is not included in the request. Otherwise the system does not show that you are working on the date range selected, contact your HR team to check your working pattern is set correct.

2. Change the request to use less days/hours as you've gone over the amount of consecutive days set by the company.

3. Your company has restricted holiday requested in the mentioned date frame as it's important to have as many employees present then.
