FAQ: What contributes to the Review Score

There are several elements which can impact the Review Scores:

• Scored Review Questions (although you can switch this off on a question by question basis). This will most likely be the biggest contributor to the review score.
• Marking Objectives as complete (although the Reviewer can defer objectives which means they don't effect the review score). This can be disabled by toggling on the Review should disable Objective Scores toggle for the review template.

Note that if the Review score cannot be overridden by Manager button has been left untoggled for the review template, then the review score can be manually adjusted by the Reviewer.

Alternatively, you can remove the score element of the review altogether by toggling on the Review score is excluded option for the review template.
