Custom Feeds: Delete

If a custom feed is no longer serving a purpose in your platform, or you need to make spare for new custom feeds then you can delete the feed from the platform. Custom feeds can only be deleted once all of the channels within it have been deleted or moved to an alternative feed. Remember, you can have up to five different custom feeds in your platform.

Step One

Hover over the Comms section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Configuration ➡️ Custom Feeds. Select the Custom Feeds title to view a list of custom feeds.

Step Two

Select the red trash can icon underneath the ACTIONS header.

Remember that if the trash can icon is displaying in grey, then you will need to delete the feed's channels (and delete/move associated content) prior.

Step Three

A pop-up will appear in the centre of the screen to confirm that you wish to delete the custom feed. Select YES, REMOVE CUSTOM FEED to confirm the change.
