Content Stats: Dashboard*
The Content Stats Dashboard enables you to quickly assess the performance of your articles at a glance. It presents key metrics such as the number of reads, likes, and comments, allowing you to gauge the popularity and engagement level of your content.
To access the Content Stats dashboard, you will need to navigate to the Comms area in MANAGE mode. Select the DASHBOARD tab, then CONTENT STATS.
🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Comms section of the side-bar, then navigate to:
Insights ➡️Dashboard
Select the Dashboard title and then select the CONTENT STATS tab.
The number of reads indicates how many times your articles have been viewed by readers. This metric gives you an idea of the reach and visibility of your content. A higher number of reads suggests that your articles are attracting attention and generating interest among your audience.
Towards the bottom of the dashboard you will see statistics related to your events and polls. This will display blank if poll and event content types have not been created.
