Company Details

Company Details contain the basic information about your organisation including the name of the company, telephone number, and tenant name.

These details are usually set at deployment and it's unlikely that it will need to be updated often (if at all). To update the information within the Company Details section speak to your StaffCircle representative.

To view to the Company Details section, click on the settings wheel in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on the Organisation and Branding tab on the left-hand side. Select the INFORMATION tab at the top.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, select the settings wheel in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and select Organisation and Branding from the secondary side-bar under SETTINGS.

Select the INFORMATION tab at the top.

The tenant name is a shortened name given to your organisation used for referencing inside the StaffCircle platform.

  For example if your company name was 'ABC Engineering Ltd' you may want the tenant name to be 'abc' so your StaffCircle portal address becomes "https://abc.staffcircle.net"
