Some Features are consistent across the platform regardless of the context and user mode.

Notifications View

When notification can be set by default, set per use or settings viewed to see the setup, the following options are visible

   1. Web browser on screen notification whilst the app is open in the browser

   1. Email sent based on the templates specified

   1. To supporting smart phones

Help guides

Clicking the help guide flag shows the learning /onboarding view for the screen, highlighting areas one at a time and fading the background with a description of the highlighted area. Options to close the popup or move the next area on the screen with the help guide.

Filters / Table Sorting

1. Sorting
   1. All data tables on the platform can be sorted by their column headers
   2. Move over column header for description
   3. Click column header to sort
   4. Sorted column identified by up or down arrow in header
