Channels: Delete
If you need to remove a custom channel, then you will need to start the process by moving/removing its content. This content can be deleted or moved to an alternative feed - instructions on how to do this can be found on our knowledge base here.
Step One
Hover over the Comms section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Configuration ➡️ Custom Feeds. Select the Custom Feeds title to view a list of custom feeds in your platform. The custom feeds will contain the channels.
Step Two
Select the name of the custom feed to display the details of the feed, including the associated channels under the Channels in Custom Feed section.
Step Three
Click the red trash can icon in the actions section of the table. A pop-up will confirm you wish to complete the action - select YES, REMOVE CHANNEL to delete the channel.
❗If the red trash can icon is not visible, then the content published to the feed must be deleted or moved to another feed first.
