Can I create my own objective?

If your account has enabled the self-service functionality, you can create objectives for yourself in StaffCircle. For further guidance on creating your own objectives, please refer to this guide in our StaffCircle University.

Remember, when you have created your own objective, only your manager will be able to configure or delete this. They will also receive a notification to let them know that you have created your own objective.
