Access for In Progress Reviews

The Access For In Progress Reviews section within the Review Template Wizard enables you to decide who can see the review whilst it's in progress.

As standard your Reviewer will always be able to see the feedback as they're the owner of a Review. But you might want your Reviewees to see the feedback as it comes in.

And it's not just Participant types that this benefits, you can also add any Users, Groups, Departments, Sites and/or Security Groups.

  Example
A "Three Month Probation Review" is being carried out. The Manager (Reviewer) will need to see the information, but HR also need to see the feedback to make sure the relevant processes are being followed. In this instance, you would add your HR Department or a HR Group as a viewer of an in progress review.
