Access For Completed Reviews

The Access For Completed Reviews section within the Review Template Wizard enables you to decide who can see the review once it's been completed.

As standard your Reviewer will always be able to see the feedback as they're the owner of a Review. And we'd recommend adding any additional viewers from the in progress list as well. You might also only want your Reviewees to see the feedback once the Review has been completed and all feedback can then be discussed.

And it's not just Participant types that this benefits, you can also add any Users, Groups, Departments, Sites and/or Security Groups.

A "Wellbeing Check-In" has been conducted and your other Mental Health First Aiders will need to have access to that Check-In should the Reviewer either move on from the company, or require assistance from dedicated professionals.
