9 Box Grid: Enable

This guide will explain how you an activate the 9 Box Grid feature for your platform. For more information on the 9 Box Grid, please refer to the relevant guidance in the Knowledge Base.

Step One

Navigate to the ORGANISATION & BRANDING area of the platform in ADMINISTRATION mode and select the BETA FEATURES tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the settings cog in the bottom left-hand corner of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Settings ➡️Organisation & Branding

Select the BETA FEATURES tab and proceed with step two.

Step Two

Toggle on the 9 Box Grid In Reviews toggle under the ENABLED section.

Step Three

Navigate to the REVIEW SETTINGS area by navigating to the REVIEWS area of the Platform. Ensure that you are still in ADMINISTRATION mode.

Step Four

Toggle on the Enable 9 Box Grid switch under the 9 BOX GRID SETTINGS section. This will enable you to use the 9 Box Grid feature.
