9 Box Grid: Dashboard

Once the employee's 9 Box Grid Review has been completed - they will then appear on the 9 Box Grid Dashboard.

To view to the 9 Box Grid Dashboard, navigate to the Objectives and Reviews area of the platform in MANAGE mode. Select the DASHBOARD tab at the top of the page, then click on the REVIEWS 9 BOX GRID tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Insights ➡️Dashboard

Select the Dashboard title and then select the REVIEWS 9 BOX GRID tab.

Once an employee falls in to one of the grid's categories, the number in the centre of the box will update. Clicking on the box will provide a list of employees who sit within that category and then selecting the name from that list will take you directly to that employee's review.

Scores are calculated based on the 9-Box Grid questions for the review. The calculations for each axis are documented below:

PERFORMANCE
High Performance: 86 -100%
Moderate Performance: 50 - 85%
Low Performance: 1 - 49%

POTENTIAL
High Potential: 90 - 100%
Moderate Potential: 50 - 89%
Low Potential: 1 - 49%
