9 Box Grid: Configure

You can configure the 9 Box Grid within your platform in several different ways, including the title and description of each box, and the colour of the box themselves.

You can view the 9 Box Grid at any time by navigating the the 9 Box Grid Dashboard.

  Ensure that you have enabled the 9 Box Grid to your platform prior by following the guidance here.

Step One

Navigate to the REVIEW SETTINGS area by navigating to the REVIEWS area of the Platform when in ADMINISTRATION mode.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Configuration ➡️Reviews ➡️Settings

Select the Settings title and proceed with step two.

Step Two

Under the 9 BOX GRID SETTINGS area, you will be able to see the default colours, labels, and titles for each box.

Step Three

Select one of the boxes to open the UPDATE 9 BOX GRID LABEL pull-out drawer to the right.

In this area you will be able to update the title, description, and colour of the selected box.

Step Four

Click the SAVE button to confirm any changes you have made. Any changes will become automatically visible.
